i have started knitting with it 8 times now, each time fucking up within the first ten rows. i am on the verge of burning the stuff.
strange. this is with two different sized needles, four different repeats, each time a different length. i am going to work on my friend the cashmere shawl until victorian lace today shows up.
parcel was IMA gifts! including a years membership to youth arts queensland, very exciting!
sleepy, owing to fact i have er... forgotton to eat today. do other people do that? i had toast. and avacado. and some biscuits.

I thought the Christmas Blanket was cursed too, I kept having to rip and rip and rip. Now, I've done an entire repeat before having to rip!
Keep at it. Once you get more familiar with the pattern, you'll have to frog less. That's lace for you: Knit and frog and knit and frog...
