yeah. last night, we had Pre Christmas Sale. incredibly fun, because a lot of my PET customers came in, who i love very much. i got to talk to them excitedly, and hear aobu their christmas plans, and oh oh fun. plus get them to buy exciting books.
annnnnd, lachlans christmas present came in, and i bought it, and it's sitting at home, waiting for me to give it to him for his birthday-christmas, and i want to give it to him now, but patience is a birch-tree, so i have to wait.
i hang-ed out with brentasaraus last night, which was exceedingly fun. we always have fast, gunshot conversations and laugh our arses off at ourselves. and, he is a loon. as am i. so it's greeaaat fun.
tonight, we saw a Wonderful film, 'the glass rabbit,' at the secret wonder that is the annual japanese film festival. no one seems to know it exists. it's run by the japan society ... which i should, now that i remember, look up online. it's foundation. the japan foundation. the movie is so so beautiful. everyone should watch it. i felt stupidly pleased when i recognised hiragana in the credits. 'oh oh Look! it's 'shi'... look, its the kanji for 'field!'. 'fu!' i have an irrational love for 'fu'.
i am enjoying a great volley of emails with drew - who i am thinking of nicknaming drew-bear, after mischkas nickname for lou on 'neighbours'.
craft market on sunday! craft market on sunday! i want to get hand made stuffed animals. followed by the stitch and bitch at ladyfest! d. at the transit lounge is slightly on the overstimulated side by my artwork. this is deeelightful but slightly unnerving.
i have a new favourite artist - tiffany shafran - i've been attempting to work with water colour paintings of knitting and crocheting for ages, but i've failed miserably at making anything i find interesting. she, however, does beautiful work with it. really, really great work.
in other news, i have lachlan here! he is delightful!

I love hearing other people's Christmas plans too.
I hope you find what you are looking for at the craft fair and have a great time at SnB.
